We are a manufacturer with factories in Shenzhen, China and Hachioji, Tokyo. We hold over 1,000 types of inventory and also perform in-house manufacturing and processing.
Q Is international business possible?
We have subsidiaries in China and Hong Kong, and have extensive experience in local procurement in China and shipping from Japan and China to other countries.

We also accept orders by email and fax. If you register as a member, you will receive benefits such as shipping discounts.

Q Is it cheaper to buy in bulk?
If you purchase a quantity greater than the rank listed in the price list, we will provide a separate estimate. Please contact us.
Q Can I get a catalog?
If you cooperate with our questionnaire, we will distribute one copy free of charge.
Q Can I get samples?

We can provide free samples of items less than 30cm that are in stock.

In that case, please note that you will be asked to answer a simple questionnaire about the intended use.

Q Do you have a warranty?
We do not attach warranty cards to our products. We will sequentially list "Warranty Terms" for product warranties.
Q What is your compliance status with the RoHS directive?
The compliance status for each product is listed, so please check each product page.
Q Can you comply with specified formats for environmental survey documents?

While it depends on the content and format of your specified format, we can generally comply.

However, please note that requests for information or data on materials for which we do not have data or that do not fall under prohibited substances will be provided at the customer's expense.

Q I ordered a 150m roll of product and found a splice in the middle. Is it defective?
It may be difficult to manufacture long products in a continuous length, which can result in splices, but this is not a defect.
Q I want to see the drawings.
We plan to publish drawing PDFs online for each product. For official drawings, please contact us separately.

Q Can anyone register for an account?
Yes, anyone, regardless of whether they are a corporation or individual, can register and start shopping immediately.
Q I forgot my password/ID.
If you enter your email address, your password will be sent automatically. If you also forgot your email address, please enter the answer to the hint from your initial registration.
Q I cannot register.

About Orders

Q How can I check if my order has been placed?
After completing your order, an order confirmation email will be sent automatically. We will then check the stock status and shipping date and contact you again by email.
Q I have not received my order confirmation email.

The email address you entered may be incorrect. Please enter your name from the time of order and contact us.

If you use a free email service such as Yahoo (@yahoo.co.jp) or Hotmail (@hotmail.com), emails from us may be treated as "spam". Please check folders other than your inbox or set info@denka-e.co.jp to be allowed to receive emails.

Q I placed an order by mistake. Can I cancel it?
Cancellations are possible for some products before shipping. However, manufactured products that are already in processing may not be cancellable or may incur a cancellation fee, so please contact us each time.
Q Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, to ensure accuracy, we do not accept orders by phone. We only accept orders through our online shop or by email/fax.
Q I want to deliver to an address other than the one registered in my account.
Please enter the delivery address in the "Shipping address" field during the order process each time.
Q Can I get a receipt?

For bank transfers, the transfer receipt serves as your official receipt. For cash-on-delivery payments, the delivery company's receipt (receipt for goods) serves as your official receipt.

If you require a receipt from our company, please request it when placing your order.

About Delivery

Q Can I split my order into multiple delivery addresses?
As a general rule, we cannot split a single order into multiple shipments. If you have a large order quantity and wish to split deliveries to multiple locations, please contact us to discuss.
Q Can deliveries be made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays?
This may be possible depending on the region, so please consult with us. In such cases, the shipping days will still be Monday to Friday.
Q Can I specify the delivery date and time?
You can specify your preferred delivery date and AM/PM slot. If you wish to do so, please indicate it in the message field when placing your order. Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to traffic conditions.
